
Participants will understand the Logic Model and will have the tools to develop one. Additionally, participants will learn how the Logic Model can be utilized to define the goals, outcomes, and activities for an organization, agency, or program. This workshop will also present opportunities to understand the concepts of the theory of change, the importance to program's success and as a vital communication link within the organization.
