Participants will understand the Logic Model and will have the tools to develop one. Additionally, participants will learn how the Logic Model can be utilized to define the goals, outcomes, and activities for an organization, agency, or program. This workshop will also present opportunities to understand the concepts of the theory of change, the importance to program's success and as a vital communication link within the organization.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Define and identify components of a Logic Model
• Explain how to develop a Logic Model
• Explain how to use the Logic Model to improve outcomes
• Employ data management skills
• Understand how theory of change is vital to developing a program's outcomes and plan of action
