
This course will provide an introduction to reflective practice. professional relationships with young children and their families are often complicated and working with them requires direct service providers to use their knowledge, skills and be aware of their own emotions. This workshop will provide direct service staff and supervisors with an understanding and appreciation of the need for reflective practice, and the opportunity to explore and experience Reflective Practice. Participants will learn how to engage in this collaborative process that involves consideration of ones thought, beliefs and feelings about their actions and work, in order to gain insights, knowledge, skills and develop future work plans.
