It's time to write the contracts for your providers. What makes a deliverable measurable? How can you ensure that the deliverables are written in such a way that CSC can hold providers accountable? Participants in this interactive workshop will examine the questions and elements which are necessary to consider when writing deliverables that support the achievement of CSC's sentinel outcomes.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• explain a systemic process to writing deliverables
• list key questions to consider when writing deliverables
• identify the elements necessary in a deliverable to which CSC can hold providers accountable

This course is only open to CSC staff and is required for Contract Managers.
